This is a value property that's pretty much been the target of lot's of jokes in the past few years. But Circus Circus has a lot going for it! Firstly, the property itself, while needing updating, is not that bad with the hugely popular Adventuredome out back, the Midway Circus Mezzanine and the Slots of Fun satellite casino. Then there's the fact that the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip is expanding quickly with a lot of older hotel and casinos remodeling like the Strat and Sahara. And new luxury hotels opening up right next door like Resorts World and soon the Fontainebleau.
