Durante este mismo incidente, se habla de por lo menos 10 heridos, así mismo de 25 a 35 personas que están encerradas al interior de las instalaciones del casino. Luego del incidente, se reportó que un bombero resultó lesionado al realizar las acciones de control del fuego, cabe señalar que se encuentra estable de salud. Aunado a esto, personal militar también apoyó en la operación de tal forma que por un costado se adentraron en el inmueble. Este ataque ocurrió en el cruce de las calles San Jerónimo y Gonzalitos, donde luego de explotar las tres granadas se incendió el local de esta casa de apuestas. Luego de esto, la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones se movilizaron al lugar de los hechos, así mismo bomberos.
